Going to be some "light" pages coming up soon--god forbid I actually take steps to build myself a buffer.

You were the one who brought up mirrors; there's been a few things in these recent pages reflecting the prologue and the first pages of this Chapter.

I know "Sic Semper..." has a long history, but what's the story behind "Broken, Beaten..."?

Meh, sorta like a laser?

Cauterizes as it damages?

I dunno. But yes, probably not the most refreshing of sensations.

Ha, I've been wondering if a flare gun would show up since your response to my very first comment in this segment.

I guess Eric's got a flair for the dramatic, but Amanda has a flare for, ummm… that guy. ;-)
(ok even I admit, that was pretty bad)

Now that was a badass final panel with a great old Latin phrase as the icing on the badass cake.

I haven't decided on her code name.

Prof's character in the prologue is "Captain Happy". Eric is "Captain Lucky". Amanda is probably "Lieutenant Fiery", due to her soon-to-be signature method of dispatching her targets.

First aid kits should come with a bottle of scotch in them. That would make the first aid kit far more user friendly.

Great shot darlin'!!!

This thing is becoming way better than you ever gave yourself credit for (I guess) and my dumb self is constantly worried you deserve much more people on your side :/
I will stop saying this but it is the way I feel.
You have a different kind of high intelligence from most stuff.

A flare gun kill is a good kill.
I have never quite understood how it works though.
Like does it explode your body or just sets you on fire?
Flare is a small explosive, no?

Ah, yeah, NOT going to research this.

NOT interested in a photo search of "flare gun wounds". Ugh.

But thank you for your comment; the only people I deserve are the ones I earn, so I will keep on doing my best.
